How do I add books to #ebooks?

So it very rare but sometimes I will find a book that has yet to have joined the awesome library of #ebooks.
thing is I can never remember to whom I shude mail the books XD I remembered @sniffin but I can't find his ail any were and it won't let me dss the books to him via irc, if any one can help me out, thanks
